Hi! My name is Laeba—pronounced as Lie-ba. Most people spell it as Laiba, but my dad made a mistake while naming me... anyways! I am a second-year Medical Laboratory Sciences student, which means that when I pass my certification exam, I will be taking your blood and testing it in the lab. Fun fact: my two other sisters studied Medical Laboratory at Ontario Tech, so if you're wondering why I chose this program, that's pretty much why. During my free time, I like to practice my henna for my business, watch anime, paint, and spend time with my family and friends. I love being a Ridgeback Student Voices author because I love talking and giving advice—just ask my friends. My favourite part of writing articles here is that I can be totally honest and write about anything I want, so anytime you read one of my articles, just know that it's coming from my heart! :)
