What you need: Tortilla wraps, hummus or cream cheese, shredded lettuce, leftover chicken or tuna, cucumbers, and whatever else is in your fridge.

🍚 2. Leftover Rice Bowl Remix

What you need: Leftover rice + frozen veggies + egg or beans + soy sauce

Easy fridge-cleanout meal. Toss it in a pan for 5 minutes, done.

No cooking. Legit just grab and go.

What you need: Your fave instant noodles + frozen veg + protein + toppings.

It’s still cheap, but now it's a real meal! Probs not the healthiest though...

💡TIP: Try adding a boiled egg, leftover chicken,

🥚 5. Egg Salad Sandwich

What you need: 2 boiled eggs + 1–2 tbsp mayo+ Salt and pepper + Bread

How to make it:

  1. Boil your eggs, peel, and mash them with a fork.

  2. Mix in mayo, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread onto bread.

  4. Add lettuce or sliced cucumbers if you want a bit of crunch.
